Consent to Receive AiGenda News and Offers

I consent to AiGenda LLC (ООО «Айдженда», OGRN 1247800111041, INN 7810967166, address: 196240, Russia, Saint Petersburg, Pulkovskoe shosse 9, bldg. 4, lit. A; the "Operator") processing my personal data and sending me advertising on the terms set out below.

• How I give consent: by ticking a separate box when signing up or in a subscription form on the website. Refusing or withdrawing consent does not affect my sign-up or use of the AiGenda service.
• Purpose: sending me AiGenda news and the Operator's offers by e-mail.
• Data: e-mail address; name, if I have provided it.
• Operations: collection, recording, storage, use, deletion and destruction, by automated means.
• Processor: VK LLC (Mail.ru Mail; 39 Leningradsky Ave., bldg. 79, Moscow 125167), for e-mail delivery.
• Term: until withdrawal.
• Withdrawal: using the "Unsubscribe" link in any e-mail, or by e-mail to info@aigenda.tech. After withdrawal, the Operator stops sending e-mails and destroys the data within 30 days unless it has another legal basis to process it.
